1. We are a non-smoking motel. Smoking in your room is not permitted. Smoking on the room patio is allowed.

2. Guests arriving after 6.00pm must ring reception during reception hours to arrange key collection.

3. Rates include a continental breakfast buffet served in the restaurant

4. Rates do not include other meals, transfers or incidental charges.

5. By providing valid credit card details you warrant that you have the authority to use the credit card and you authorise Malanda Lodge Motel to charge the cost of your booking to the credit card in the case of cancellation or no show penalties.

6. We do not cater to pets.
